Stebbings Car Supermarket, Kings Lynn, UK

In this project for Stebbings Car Supermarket, we used Prihoda Recycled fabric and saved over 1,500 1.5-litre plastic bottles from landfill. The project includes heating and cooling with Daikin fan coil units. We used a single distribution mode for both heating and cooling (no membrane diffusers) through small nozzles to direct air into the occupied zone. Air supplied to the zone is mixed thoroughly with the existing ambient temperature room air, and by the time it reaches the occupied zone, it has almost reached isothermal conditions and its velocity is below 0.5 m/s. The zone is a display area for used cars and vans, no people work at fixed workstations below the ducts and people simply circulate through the space, hence such design is a convenient  and economical solution for this type of application. Premium 5AEL installation, reinforcing tyres, office design and Prihoda Art branding give the installation a very nice appearance.
